MANUFACTURED CONSTRUCTION:

|
Manufactured homes are built in our climate-controlled factory to a
Federal building code (HUD) rather than to building codes at their
destinations. They are constructed on a non-removable steel chassis
then the sections are transported to the home site on their own
wheels.
|
|
Manufactured homes are generally less expensive than modular homes.
MODULAR CONSTRUCTION:
|

|
Choosing modular structure means getting exactly what you want in
your new home with the option to customize the design. The modules
are built in our climate-controlled factory to conform to all
Regional or International building codes (UBC or IBC).
|
|
The
modules are then
transported to the home site on truck beds and joined together.
Modular homes are normally less expensive per square foot than
site-built homes resulting in substantial savings. |
